Portrait of a gentleman, three-quarter-length, seated, in a blue coat by was sold at Christie's, London, on 5 July 2013 as Lot 170.

The signed and dated oil on canvas measures 67.4 × 55.9 cm. It sold for £17,500 including buyer's premium (approximately €20,490), against an estimate of £8,000–£12,000.

The work was illustrated on page 91 of the auction catalogue. Its present whereabouts are unknown.
